Medical Receptionist

Medical Receptionist | Part-Time 

Guaranteed 14 hours per week (Thursdays & Fridays) with flexibility and potential for more hours with leave cover and alternate arrangements.

We’re looking for:

• An experienced receptionist who provides quality patient care and interactions
• A warm, welcoming, and compassionate personality
• Preferable to have previous experience in a GP setting (Best Practice software skills highly desirable)
• Effective communication, both oral & written
• High-level technology proficiency with attention to detail and accuracy
• Great team player, with a clear communication style and collaboration capabilities
• Can multi-task, prioritise, self-start, and problem solve
• Adaptable to new and evolving programs, procedures, and policies
• Availability on Thursdays and Fridays

GP Positions

VR GP | Part-Time

Our team values collaboration, communication, and a person-centred approach that delivers exceptional care to patients but also prioritises the wellbeing of the team.

We’re looking for:
5+ years of experience as a GP.
Special interest or experience in skin conditions and treatments, skin cancer prevention, and minor procedures.
