Medical Certificates

The doctors at Honeycomb Health are able to provide medical certificates for your workplace if you have been unwell and unable to attend work.  We realise that you are not always able to get a doctors appointment on the day that you are unwell, and unfortunately doctors are unable to legally back date medical certificates. To accommodate this, we recommend that you email the clinic at reception@honeycombhealth.com.au on the day you have tried to get an appointment.  We can then provide a statutory declaration for the day you were unwell at the next available appointment. Statutory declarations are available here, and can be witnessed by any authorised signatory.
